Consumer Credit Counseling Service of the Heartland is a local, nonprofit agency with over 50 years of experience dedicated to helping individuals master their money. With a holistic approach to financial well-being, CCCS offers personalized services that include credit report reviews, debt management plans, bankruptcy counseling, student loan counseling, and housing counseling. Their mission is to improve economic security through financial education and coaching, and they’ve assisted the Ozarks community in paying down $800,000 in debt every month.

Revel had previously collaborated with CCCS on a rebrand, including the creation of a new logo. Following that success, CCCS approached us again for a website refresh. Given the nature of CCCS’ work, our priority was to create a website that was welcoming and easy to navigate, ensuring that visitors felt comfortable and supported throughout their experience.

Revel created a site that is inviting, clean, and simple to use, with seamless integration of CCCS’s client portal and a focus on educational resources for clients.

Our website was so tired and outdated; it wasn’t a reflection of who we are, the clients we serve, and the services we provide.
