About the Role
This role is part of Revel’s creative team and leads concept development and visual direction for projects. The Senior Designer/Art Director translates strategy into compelling creative ideas and brings a strong point of view to the work, ensuring everything we produce is thoughtful, cohesive, and elevated.

What You’ll Do

• Lead concept development and establish the visual direction, tone, and style for campaigns, branding, and integrated marketing projects.
• Design across all mediums, including brand development, print, digital, and web.
• Produce key conceptual and final creative assets with a high level of craft and attention to detail. 
• Direct and mentor junior designers to maintain a high standard of design quality. 
• Lead photography and video direction for campaigns and brand assets, including concepting and on set.
• Collaborate closely with account services and present creative concepts to clients, clearly articulating the rationale behind creative decisions. 
• Own project timelines and deliverables, ensuring work is completed on schedule, within scope, and at a high standard. 
• Balance multiple projects and priorities while maintaining consistency and quality across all work. 
• Use modern tools, including AI, as part of your creative process to generate, refine, and elevate ideas and executions, understanding that AI is a tool, not a shortcut, and applying strong creative judgment in how and when it’s used.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and design excellence. 
• Strong visual taste and a deep understanding of modern design, branding, and campaign development. 
• Mastery of branding, typography, layout, color, and visual storytelling. 
• Experience designing for both digital and traditional mediums, including web and integrated campaigns. 
• Excellent attention to detail and ability manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and modern design workflows.
• Comfort using AI tools within the creative process, with the ability to apply discernment and elevate outputs to a professional, brand-appropriate standard.
• Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
• 7–10+ years of design experience or equivalent portfolio.
• Bachelor’s degree in design or related field.
