With COVID19 causing barriers in hiring for many businesses and organizations, we knew a digital strategy was the first place we needed to start. This campaign consisted of digital advertising utilizing Geofencing, Facebook, and Spotify ads. This allowed us to get the information out to their main target audience about the upcoming job fair and spark interest with the benefits associated.
