SBK, formerly Springfield Bookkeeping and Rise Accounting, is a financial advisory firm offering strategic CFO services, bookkeeping, and financial consulting primarily for churches and nonprofit organizations. As the team expanded their offerings beyond basic bookkeeping, they found their existing brand no longer reflected the depth or direction of their work.
With multiple service lines, including Rise (church bookkeeping) and Momentum (CFO advisory for churches), they needed a brand that could unify their services under one cohesive identity while still allowing room to grow. SBK partnered with us to lead them through a full brand strategy, name development, and visual refresh to align who they are with how they show up in the market.
We began by exploring how Springfield Bookkeeping’s various services and initiatives could be unified under a single, cohesive brand. This included their original bookkeeping services as well as their expanded CFO advisory work and church-focused programs like Rise and Momentum.
Through comprehensive brand strategy and development, we helped them define a clear messaging framework and landed on SBK as their new name: a modern identity that reflects their full-service financial expertise. We presented new logo concepts and created a visual style sheet to guide their refreshed look, focusing on clarity and cohesion rather than a full brand guidelines document.
The process involved close collaboration with their team to ensure the new brand authentically represented their evolution and positioned them for future growth.
