Dynamic Strides Therapy (DST) is a pediatric therapy center that helps fill gaps in our healthcare and school systems by equipping kids with the skills and tools they need to grow at their physical, mental, and emotional best. Dynamic Strides Therapy approached Revel looking to completely overhaul their branding in order to more accurately represent what they do.
Dynamic Strides Therapy’s previous branding highlighted only one of its many therapies, hippotherapy, through the use of a barn visual. Despite being their flagship offering, DST discovered that the public often lacked awareness of their diverse range of services. Additionally, the existing mark failed to effectively convey DST’s association with the pediatric and healthcare spheres. Keeping this in mind, Revel came up with a symbol that could work two-fold and hold more meaning. The resulting abstract butterfly symbolizes transformation, rebirth, and hope; all things patients of DST are looking to receive.
Using simple geometric shapes within the butterfly brandmark communicates the basic “building blocks” and tools a child will receive in therapy at DST. These basic shapes also offer significant utility when expanded upon in additional brand patterns, with elements swapped out that are unique to each of DST’s services.
Revel also provided video services for Dynamic Strides Therapy’s biggest fundraising event of the year, Harvest Moon. The video showcased a day in the life of one of their longtime patients, Grey, and helped raise over $250,000 in funds.
