As competition for events and conferences continues to grow, Oasis set out to better reach event planners and convention hosts while reinforcing what sets their property apart. They needed a creative approach that would capture attention and inspire planners to choose Oasis as their next event destination.

To directly reach event planners and convention hosts, we developed a targeted direct mail campaign built around Oasis’s resort-inspired identity — specifically, the property’s iconic flamingo mural artwork.
The concept came to life as a custom cocktail kit: a tangible, eye-catching mailer that gave recipients something to interact with and a reason to pause. It was designed to help planners feel the Oasis experience before ever setting foot on the property.
Results
The campaign successfully sparked new conversations with event planners who hadn’t previously engaged with Oasis, while helping move warm leads closer to booking. By pairing bold creative with intentional messaging, Oasis stood out in a crowded market and reinforced its position as a distinctive, experience-driven event destination, resulting in stronger engagement and increased interest from high-value prospects.
