State Tech, a technical college in Linn, Missouri, proudly calls itself “The Employers’ Choice,” and with good reason. State Tech boasts an impressive 99% job placement rate and a stellar 75% graduation rate, ranking itself first in the state and among the top five nationally. State Tech is all about hands-on education, offering over 50 cutting-edge labs, from computer labs to a golf course, machine shops to an aviation hangar, and health science labs.
As the embodiment of “The Employers’ Choice” and situated on a thriving campus, State Technical College of Missouri recognized the need for a website that could effectively showcase the multitude of offerings available to students. They approached us with a vision for a website that not only exuded cool and dynamism but also seamlessly integrated functionality and user-friendliness. Our response went above and beyond. The revamped website introduces a tailored experience for each primary user category. Upon landing, visitors are prompted to identify as a prospective student, current student, parent, alumni, employer, or employee. The site’s primary navigation dynamically adjusts, streamlining their journey to discover content most relevant to them. Features like a career quiz for prospective students and immersive videos and photos offer a tangible glimpse into the State Tech experience (and that’s just scratching the surface). Behind the scenes, the website’s modular backend empowers State Tech’s internal team to effortlessly edit and rearrange site components at their discretion.
